Agadir is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Moroccan Atlantic coast. This tour includes all the highlights, ensuring you maximize your time. It's time to discover the city of Agadir on a 3-hour guided tour, where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the top of the Kasbah, then Souk El Hed (local market), while learning about the history of this city.
At the start of the city tour, we will walk along the Agadir beach promenade before arriving at the contemporary beach of Agadir Marina, lined with shops and restaurants. Next, drive along the largest sardine port in the world.Then drive up the hill to Agadir Ou-fellah (Agadir Hill), the 16th century Saadian Kasbah (fortress built in 1572), which offers a view complete panoramic on the whole city and the fishing port.
Agadir Argan Oil House will also be a stop on our tour, this is where you will get information about a very rare oil, see how Berber women produce what is known in Europe as a golden liquid. Learn how they collect and dry the nuts, roast and grind the kernels and finally extract the pure oil. It really is a 100% Moroccan experience not to be missed.
Our last stop before returning to the hotel will be "Souk El Hed" or Sunday market (local market), which is the biggest market in the region. At the local market, you will have one hour of free time to experience the market on your own while the driver will be waiting for you just outside the market.
